In It For Themselves

I don't understand why people just can't be normal. Yes, I guess I make the call on normality. I't just in my job there are roughly, 30 managers. From those 30 managers there are basically 2 I trust. 2 that I know lookout for themselves, but I trust with information I tell them and I know they lookout for me. Everyone else seems to be in it for themselves. They're always worried that someone will out shine them or else they would sell someone out for the "needs of the business". Just be normal. You are as good as you can be. As long as you know your stuff, no one can be better than you. If they are...just accept it. The other thing is selling people out or, in turn, screwing people over to help yourself or the "business". That's just ridiculous. Have a heart. I'm not saying be a sucker and let others walk all over you or take things for granted, but come on. The golden rule wasn't designed for the hell of it. Charma doesn't exist to sound like a cool word. It's real. I f someone truly sucks, get rid of them. If there's something everyone needs to know, tell people. If this is not the case, keep your mouth shut and have each other's backs. The world would be a much better place. Thanks.
